It may be tempting to forego all forms of exercise after having surgery, but in most cases, this is not wise. In most cases, walking or a light stretching routine are among the best forms of exercise, as they enable blood to circulate, keep muscles flexible and help flush toxins from the body that may have accumulated as a result of the procedure. Adopt Healthy Lifestyle Changes and Avoid Sun Exposure
