Apparently the present holiday season has many running to their local cosmetic plastic surgeon for some last minute cosmetic surgery needs right before the holidays and the New Year. In a recent study conducted by the Harley Medical Group there is roughly a 35% increase in certain cosmetic plastic surgery procedures during the month of December. These procedures range from procedures on the body and the face including breast augmentation, nose reshaping and liposuction.
Many patients are showing a great deal of interest in looking refreshed and different for the upcoming New Year. Patients are taking an extended holiday break and pushing forward with their dreams of acquiring that plastic surgery procedure they have always wanted and might have been researching over the last 12 months or so. Cosmetic plastic surgery is something that often times takes a great deal of time and research for a person to pull the trigger on and with New Year’s resolutions high up on many people’s lists along with time off of work it makes a perfect combination to get that cosmetic procedure a person has always wanted to get.
