2023 was a year of great achievements and terrible events. We reimagined what our practice could be and completed the formation of Premier Plastic Surgery Partners partnering with some of the best plastic surgery practices in the country. We hired and promoted fantastic people to catapult us forward, and we handily outperformed everyone else in the plastic surgery industry.
We became one of the first practices in the country to add Ellacor. We invested in new software, new systems, and new methods that are already providing quality data for even better outcomes And we did it together! We are a mighty group. Just as we tell you, our patients, that the treatment and recovery periods will be worth the results, we too always remember that self-improvement only comes with effort. You don't just get better. You have to strive and work and push yourself to emerge new and improved, and we have. Most importantly in 2023, we provided outstanding results that made so many patients happy as evidenced by the outstanding reviews, notes, and gifts from our patients and their families.
Of course, it was also a year that saw some of the worst inhumanity and barbarism conceivable as Palestinian terrorists committed unspeakable acts and hatred flared around the world. The racism, bias, and hate prominent at even our most esteemed institutions exploded to the surface revealing deep problems for our society to face. We have a national emergency in the lack of ethics and clarity in our youth and educated classes when they fail to address these, and in too many cases, celebrate them. Rejecting these evils will be a challenge at which we must all succeed for our society to continue.
There is hope emerging as university donors, our president, congress, and fearless leaders of many states and institutions are already beginning the hard work of rebuilding and returning to worthy purposes.
At TSC and NS we too are poised and ready to enter 2024 energized and positioned to erupt with exceptional new services and techniques.
We are the first in our area to have improved patient outcomes with hyperbaric oxygen therapy to enhance healing and LED light treatments to reduce redness syndrome inflammation faster. Other plastic surgery practices are already asking if they can send their patients to our state-of-the-art comfortable hyperbaric oxygen chamber.
We have new protocols coming with combinations of Ellacor and Morpheus, new uses of PRP, and new pre-and post-op dietary recommendations for maximum results of all our treatments. We will, as always, continue to practice ethically where we make sure that everything we do will improve the lives of our patients and we will live by our ethics of helping others be their true selves and doing good in the world.
We will continue to work tirelessly to empower our patients and co-workers to enrich their lives and the lives of others.
