From the start of his education and training, Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel focused on learning the most advanced techniques for plastic and reconstructive surgery. Over the course of his extensive career, Dr. Spiegel has spent time as a teacher, scientist, and clinician, successfully caring for patients with extremely complicated injuries and deformities.

Dr. Spiegel has performed many microvascular transplantation surgeries, an intensive and difficult procedure wherein tissues and organs are relocated, and their blood vessels reconnected with the use of a high-power microscope.

Recognizing his impressive ability in these most complex cases, patients began seeking out Dr. Spiegel for other intricate plastic surgery procedures, including rhinoplasty, facelift, eyelid lift, and facial feminization. Word of his stellar results, innovative techniques, and approach to facial feminization, soon spread, and Dr. Spiegel’s practice became a top choice for patients seeking advanced facial plastic surgery.

Dr. Spiegel’s training, experience, and innovation led to the development of many new procedures and rapid advancements in the field of plastic surgery. For his efforts, he has received nearly every top award from the field’s highest bodies and organizations.

He regularly receives speaking and lecture requests to share his findings and techniques. In fact, Dr. Spiegel’s work is so groundbreaking that it led to his rapid promotion to the rank of Full Professor and to regular invitations to teach at medical schools and plastic surgery conferences worldwide.

An Expansion To Provide Aesthetic & Surgical Services

As demand for his services continued to grow, Dr. Spiegel developed a vision of a center to provide the world's most advanced techniques with unparalleled patient care and service. Advanced Facial Aesthetics opened in 2011 in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.

Dr. Onir Spiegel soon joined, and her extensive training and natural ability led to her frequent recognition as a national leader in facial aesthetics. The practice continued to grow in space, offerings, and personnel so that each client had a personal concierge and surgical coordinator to assist with all aspects of their visit.

Today, Dr. Onir Spiegel caters to patients from around the world. In 2018, The Spiegel Center (TSC) was formed, and we moved into a 9000 sq. ft. space with extensive state-of-the-art clinical, surgical, and administrative space, including a conference room where regular lectures and training sessions for other physicians are held.

Dr. Jacob Tower, an expert in advanced deep plane facelift surgeries, rhinoplasty, and cranial surgery, brings impeccable training, outstanding surgical skill, and a thoughtful, caring approach to everything he does to the Center in keeping with our mission statement.
