I recently (7 weeks ago) had facial feminization surgery with Dr. Spiegel doing the most incredible artwork on my face. I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel today. He is incredibly knowledgeable, highly educated, and has a truly personable approach. He looked me right in the eyes, shook my hand with a firm grip, and that combination spoke volumes to me. You can really tell a lot about a person when they look you in the eyes and give a firm handshake it gave me total confidence in his judgment. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and took his time with me. I can’t wait to schedule my surgery I know I’m in the best hands.

I am in the process of healing from a rhinoplasty that I had done in July 2025 . I think the most important thing to understand when you have a rhinoplasty done is that it really does take a good two years before all the inflammation goes down. Dr. Tower uses a technique that does help that process to happen a little more quickly.

Dr. Tower doesn’t just do your surgery and then forget about you. He constantly follows up with you to make sure things are healing appropriately.

After eight nasal surgeries since the age of 19, I had almost given up.?With every reconstructive procedure, my nose became more complicated — more scar tissue, more fibrosis, more disappointment. I changed surgeons multiple times, including highly publicized, well-known doctors. Yet each surgery made things worse, not better. Eventually, I reached a point where other surgeons were hesitant to even touch my nose. Then I found Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel. By the time I came to him, I was emotionally and physically exhausted. He agreed to take on my complex revision case when others would not. Today, at 40 years old, after what I truly hope is my final surgery, I can say something I never thought I would: I love my nose. At nine months post-op, the swelling has significantly subsided, the structure is stable, and the result looks natural and balanced. More importantly, he continues to monitor my progress carefully. His expertise in revision rhinoplasty, particularly in cases with severe scar tissue, is exceptional. I only wish I had found him first. It would have saved me years of surgeries, financial cost, and unnecessary pain. And I must speak about Uzma. Words honestly do not do her justice. If you have a complicated case, especially a revision, my advice is simple: go directly to Dr. Spiegel. It could save you years of frustration.

I am very pleased with my upper/lower bleph and brow lift. Even though I had a minor complication. That complication gave me a view into the outstanding care and service. Not just excellent when everything goes well but they've got you, responsive and elegant and with impeccable care when there is a bump in the road too. That level of care is notable.

I know I could have gotten my adjustments for less, but it's my FACE!!! I paid for the best and I believe that is exactly what I received.

In the end my procedures got me to my goals in a very satisfying way. It's not just the results, it the care: before, during and after that sets the Spiegel Center apart in my opinion.

Every aspect of Dr. Tower’s approach checked all the boxes for what I consider best-in-class, modern surgical care.

My results are truly outstanding. I look refreshed, lifted, and polished, yet completely like myself. No one would ever guess I’ve had work done, but my confidence has been restored to how I felt in my 20s, before motherhood changed the way I saw myself. That balance—beautiful results without altering identity—is incredibly rare and speaks to Dr. Tower’s skill and aesthetic judgment.

This is the place and when I say I feel comfort from the day i left my home to the hotel and each in every day I have been here my phone rung asking about my care what ate when my meds where ready for pick up. I came from Baltimore they had my back I appreciated that so so much. Dr. Spiegel is exceptional. From telemedicine visit to surgery, he is EXCEPTIONAL! I had so much fun getting to know him, and felt completely at ease in his care.

It did not take long after walking through the doors at the SC that I knew this was the place to entrust myself to perform my DPFL. I had done my research consulting several other doctors; but, as soon as I met Dr. Spiegel, I knew. I first met Dr. Spiegel back in 2014 for tear trough fillers, and I was satisfied with the results as I noticed my undereyes appears very dark and hallow. Shortly after meeting him, I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to perform my rhinoplasty. His office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and after consulting with Dr. Spiegel three times (yes, three times), I decided to move forward with the procedure. He did a wonderful job addressing all of my concerns. I felt my nose was too large for my face, and he truly delivered the results I hoped for. Rhinoplasties take a long time to fully heal…up to a year, but even after my cast was removed, I could already see the beautiful work he had done. I knew immediately that I had chosen the right surgeon. What made me choose Dr. Spiegel was his confidence, kindness, and communication style. During every interaction, he was thoughtful and honest with his feedback and recommendations. His bedside manner is calming—he listens and allows you feel heard. Knowing that he’s a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon gave me even more confidence that I was in the best hands possible. Another thing I’ve always admired about Dr. Spiegel’s practice is the quality of the fellows and surgeons who work with him. Throughout my experience over the years, I’ve noticed that he brings in exceptionally talented surgeons who share his aesthetic eye, professionalism, and patient-centered approach. I’m still in the “recovery phase”, but I’m already so pleased with my results. My face looks refreshed, without it being obvious that I had surgery. I still have some swelling, particularly near the incision areas by my temples, but Dr. Spiegel assured me that by January I’ll see the final, refined results. I came in with a photoshop mockup of what I was looking for in terms of a rhinoplasty and my results are exactly what I was looking for. I had an otoplasty done by Dr. Tower and then a year later had a rhinoplasty also by him. He has great eye and sense of facial proportions. My results turned out exactly as I wanted them to, definitely a change to my features but in a perfectly proportionate, natural looking way.
